Shipping & Returns Policy
In some cases, items below a certain value are listed with a delivery charge. Charging a nominal shipping fee helps us offset logistics costs. Delivery charges may vary based upon shipping weight of all items in an order.
Standard Delivery: Delivery time in the standard delivery option is 5-7 business days, excluding public holidays and sundays.
Speed Delivery: Delivery time in the speed delivery option is 24-48 business hours, excluding public holidays and sundays.
For Standard Delivery option the cancelation should be within 24 hours
For Speed Delivery option the cancelation should be within 4 hours
If you cancel the order within the stipulated time, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction and bank charges within 14 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about the cancellation.
Vapex offers you a 7-day guarantee on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the devices and or accessories must be in an absolutely brand new condition, unused and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers and all other included accessories if any. No returns for e-liquids.
When we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then issue either a refund, store credit or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of the receipt of the product. For all returns, please fill the Returns Form, please download the form from here
Please inform us within 48 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken . Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 48 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/refunds. If you inform us post 48 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you. Please feel free to email/call us to inform and send the product back to us. Store Credits once issued will not be converted into online/cheque refunds.
Received Incorrect or Damaged goods?
If case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage or contains incorrect products, you are requested to contact our customer support as soon as possible at email@example.com or +91-8767770707.
We will ask you to return the product to us and arrange a courier back. Please do not open.
